Lenormand Practice Reading on Megan Thee Stallion

I was playing around with my Lenormand cards when I decided to do a somewhat lighthearted reading. I don’t use Lenormand as often as I use tarot, so my knowledge isn’t as broad. Sometimes I like to use current events to do practice readings. 

I’m a casual fan of Megan thee Stallion’s music. I generally root for her, but she seems to engage in foolery from time to time. She’s young, beautiful, and has more money than the average person. I did a lot of foolish stuff when I was in my 20s, too, although not to the level that she publicly has. She’s been through a lot though. Recently, news broke that a former employee of hers has filed a lawsuit against her for creating a hostile work environment, harassment, and a bunch of other things.

April 2024 Full Moon “Pink Moon” Tarot & Oracle Reading

This week is the full moon for April, which is also known as the “Pink Moon.” Based on my limited understanding of astrology and the moon cycles, a full moon is the time when things come to fruition. Intentions are set on the new moon, while things are released or harvested on the full moon. Reaping the seeds that were sown.  

The light from the sun bounces off the full moon, which lights up the night. Some nights, it is so bright that bits of light slip through my blinds at night and distract me, like someone has a flashlight pointed at my window. With that sentiment, the full moon lights up the darkness, so one can see what’s really there.  

March 2024 New Moon Reading: Career and Finance

As of this writing, it is March 11. The new moon at its peak was actually yesterday, March 10. We are still in Pisces season. Yesterday was the 10^th day of the month, and today is the 11^th. If you’re into either astrology or numerology, you can apply those however you wish. Personally, I find significance in both the numbers 10 and 11. I’d also like to mention that I am a Scorpio and my spirit guides told me that this reading is meant more for Scorpios than for anyone else. However, I pray that whoever reads this finds significance in it. 

So, this spread is a past-present-future spread. The first column is the past, the second is the present, and the third is the future. The future is not set in stone, but it does give an idea of what some of the possibilities are. 

Leap Day 2024 Oracle Card: Abundance

It’s the leap day, February 29, 2024. I’m not sure what else would be significant about this day aside from the fact that I’m declaring it a good personal day for me. Also, today is Thursday, which is ruled by the planet Jupiter. According to astrology, Jupiter is the planet that is associated with abundance, prosperity, and expansion. It just so happens that I pulled the Abundance card from my Love Oracle of Eden deck.  (This post contains an affiliate link.)

I photographed this card surrounded by carefully chosen crystals: amethyst for peace and rose quartz for love. Pyrite, citrine, and green aventurine for money and creativity. Clear quartz to amplify all of that energy. May you receive all of it.

Not too long ago, my daughter came in the room while I was shuffling my cards and getting ready to do a reading with someone. She wanted to know what I was doing, but I’ve been hesitant to fully introduce her into that world because she’s only 9. However, the tears started to flow because she really wanted to know what Mommy was doing, and I couldn’t resist.

Reading for Beyonce’s Renaissance: Act II

This reading is for entertainment purposes only. This isn’t meant to be a deep dive into Beyonce’s energy. I do believe in boundaries. I’ve done readings for a few celebrities in person, and those readings can take a dark turn very quickly. Reading so-called “regular” folks can take a lot of energy sometimes, but tapping into the rich and famous can be outright draining. 

I just wanted to do a reading for funsies and since Beyonce just recently dropped a couple of singles for her upcoming album Renaissance: Act II, I wanted to do a little something to see what this album would bring for both Beyonce and her fans.  

What Do You Need to Do to Manifest What You Want – New Moon Tarot Reading – February 9, 2024

I pulled a few cards tonight in honor of the new moon tonight and the fact that today is the ninth day of the month. New moons are great for setting intentions because the new moon is the beginning of a new moon cycle. The number 9 is often looked at as a number of completion, but not in the sense of everything being final. Nine is considered by many to be the end of a cycle, which leads the beginning of something totally new. Consider how the average pregnancy lasts for around nine months. At the end of a full-term pregnancy, a new life is brought into the world. 

This spread is just a general reading of the energy around this new moon. The ultimate energy is the card in the center, which is the Queen of Swords. I love her because the Queen of Swords cuts through the bull$hit. All of the cards surrounding her tell a story of being heartbroken, tired, and going through tough times. However, the card to the bottom left of the Queen of Swords is the Eight of Swords. 

The Empress and the Knight of Cups

This isn’t exactly a reading, but a little glimpse into what my conversations with my spirit people are like sometimes.

Most of the time I talk to them using my pendulum and board. Lately, however, I’ve been trying to go back to basics and use tarot cards to communicate with them. For the way that me and my folks communicate, I find the pendulum to be the most efficient because they can literally spell out what they want to say. I’ll go into more detail about that another day.

Personal Angel Card Reading 1/21/2024

This is another one of those personal readings that I am sharing publicly because I’m sure there’s someone who can relate.

Sometimes I absolutely feel like a broken record with my prayers. This year has gotten off to a rocky start for me and, per usual, my finances are not what I would like for them to be. I woke up this morning, praying about it before I even got out of bed. Then, I went around my house spraying money spray, lighting incense, singing money mantras, and lighting my money candle.
